Here's my attempt at You Are My Sunshine, I've been listening to a lot of Sarge playing lately and have been working on incorporating some tongue slaps and rhythms. Any advice or feedback would be wondrously helpful! I feel like my rhythmic chugs sound sort of clunky right now but they are definitely getting better with practice! I just discovered Daniel Kilgrove(Squawks?) YouTube channel as well and have been enjoying his playing. Any recordings or players that are notable to check out for this style? I'm a big fan of Jimmy Riddle too.

As a note, I'm much more comfortable playing tongue blocks and chugs in 2nd position(cross harp). I had a couple of lessons with Grant Dermody in Seattle and he was an advocate for playing folk tunes almost exclusively in second position. That's awesome to hear! I'll have to check those out, he seems like a cool guy. I just bought Brendan Powers Irish harmonica book and am excited for when it arrives!
