Found a harmonica with round holes! I'd heard of these but never seen one, so when I saw one cheap I bought it. I don't know if it's the shape of the mouth piece or comb channels, or something about the reeds, or how deeply embedded the reed-plates are, or if it's just super airtight, but it's the most responsive and easiest to bend harmonica I own. I've not made any adjustments out of the box either! Plus no aluminium coming in contact with the mouth, plastic comb and stainless-steel cover-plates. I never thought I'd like a Chinese harmonica (I always assumed the mass praise they got was financially encouraged), but these are well worth a try. I've bought 2 and ordered 3 more, relegating my Seydel's and Suzuki's to the drawer.
