Help with a tune (difficult part, don´t need tabs)

That's alright Sarge, I already know all the notes. I learned it by ear 👍 It is just that ramblin B part that is close to imposible to make sound reasonable on the harmonica. It's too fast!

The title is just the name of the guy who wrote the tune. Rubert Wigg. Wiggen, or as you probably would say in English "The Wigg"

Did you try to play it? Can I hear it?

I've only had a very quick look at this, so correct me if I've got it wrong. I played it on a tremolo with Richter note placement.

The B part appears to be a I IV V progression with each chord played twice as a four note arpeggiated phrase.

The Blow/Draw and intervals pattern of each is:

I = B B B B      IV = D D B D      V = B D D D
      1 3 5 3              4 6 8 6             5 7 9 7

In order to play each phrase in full, I initially concentrated on alternating between the Draw 6th and Blow 8th and then the Blow 5th and Draw 7th. When I had achieved reasonable rapidity, I added the other notes and repeatedly played each phrase several times before playing the entire progression. 

As Rex pointed out, it is possible to abbreviate each arpeggiated chord. Alternating 1-3, 4-6 and 7-9 as semi-quavers seems to work.
