Yes, G is usually the highest available key for octave tuned harmonicas.

I can’t decide which sound I like better, tremolo or octave. They are too different

On the Seydel Concerto: The old (brass reed) Concertos did not have the standard note layout. The new (steel reed) Concertos have the standard note layout. I needed some time to adjust myself from the Wiener system to the Knittlinger system, but the advantage of the Knittlinger is, of course, that the harmonica is shorter and more compact, a bit more like a Richter model.

You play that quite well Rex and it sounds good. I hope you get some use out of it.

Here is a comparison between an octave and a tremolo. Both Richter and both in G. If these were C harps the octave would sound lower than the tremolo.

After 2 months I decided I liked the G enough to get a C also. This arrived yesterday. 

Great finger manipulation to hold 2 rounded metal pieces together.. I’d have to use a slip of rubber to make a non slip mat between them. But then I don’t have that many diatonic harps!

I know it as one melody of the Tantum ergo. (And, of course, it is also used for the german national anthem, yes.)
